Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. This gives you time to properly inspect your collectible and ensure it meets your magical expectations.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the magical integrity of certain collectibles, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened collectibles where the packaging seal has been broken
  • Items from limited edition releases or special collections
  • Seasonal items (such as Halloween or Christmas collections) purchased after the relevant holiday
  • Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or missing original components

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags and protective materials
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions if approved.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item in its original packaging, include all original materials, and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Request
