If for any reason you’re not spellbound by your item, our returns and exchanges policy is here to help.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. This gives you time to properly inspect your collectible and ensure it meets your magical expectations.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags and protective materials
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the magical integrity of certain collectibles, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened collectibles where the packaging seal has been broken
- Items from limited edition releases or special collections
- Seasonal items (such as Halloween or Christmas collections) purchased after the relevant holiday
- Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or missing original components

2 Wait for Authorization
Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions if approved.
3 Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item in its original packaging, include all original materials, and ship to:

4 Processing Your Request
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return. The funds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

- PayPal: Typically appears in your PayPal account within 24-48 hours
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.
